Brocolli chicken casserole

I came across this recipe the other dsay and decide to cook it. I have altered the recipe to suit my family's taste. This recipe is easy to cook and takes very minimal time for preparation. Not much of cleaning up because it is a one dish meal. I forgor to take picture of this dish and will try to post the photo the next time I make this dish. Happy Cooking!

Ingredients
•500gm chopped fresh broccoli
•1 1/2 cups, cooked chicken meat
•1 can condensed cream of broccoli soup ( or cream of mushroom soup)
•1/3 cup milk
•1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
•1 tablespoon butter, melted
•2 tablespoons dried bread crumbs

Method
1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2.Place the broccoli in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
3.Place the cooked broccoli in a 9 inch pie plate. Top with the chicken. In a bowl, mix the soup and milk, and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Mix the melted butter with the bread crumbs, and sprinkle over the cheese.
4.Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly brown

Note:
Get chicken fillet put some ginger juice and pepper and bake in 180c oven for 20 min)then cube it.
You can also substitute the brocolli with other vegetables such as cauliflower, carrots or sweet potato.For those who wants it to be spicier add lots of chopped green chillies, cilantro leaves.
